Susan Isaacs, Wayne Township Trustee
Welcome to the Wayne Township Trustee website. We hope you will find the information you need. This office is committed to providing compassionate and timely service to the residents of Wayne Township. My staff and I are proud of our work and we are here to help you. One of the main services we provide is helping low-income households who cannot afford their basic needs, such as rent or mortgage, utilities, food, personal items, or medicine. We offer direct assistance as well as referrals to other agencies and programs that may suit your situation. Indiana township trustees have to decide on the assistance within 72 hours (3 business days), so we try to collect all the necessary information as quickly as possible. If you need assistance or information, please explore the website and contact us by phone or in person. To apply for assistance, please come early. We accept applications from 8:00 am to 11:00 am, but we serve on a first-come first-served basis, so if you want to be seen on the same day, please come as early as possible. If your work schedule prevents you from coming during regular hours, please call and talk to the trustee to arrange a special appointment. For more information on how to apply for assistance, click on the "Assistance" button at the top of this page. For more information on other functions and responsibilities of the Wayne Township Trustee, click on the "Services" button at the top of this page.
Our office is located on the lower level of the Wayne County Administration building, 401 East Main, Richmond, Indiana.
